1. Pan-India Shipping & Courier Logistics
We provide complimentary insured courier delivery on all orders exceeding ₹2,999 across 19,000+ PIN codes in India in partnership with Blue Dart Express Air, Delhivery, and DTDC. Orders within Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru are eligible for 48-hour express metro dispatch.
2. 15-Day Easy Returns & Exchange Policy
If a ready-to-wear garment does not meet your fit expectations, you may initiate a complimentary return or size exchange request within 15 days of parcel delivery. Our courier will arrange a doorstep pickup at no cost. Handcrafted bespoke bridal pieces and made-to-measure achkans receive complimentary lifetime fitting adjustments.
3. GST Compliance & Invoicing
All prices quoted on the website include statutory GST (Goods & Services Tax). Business patrons may provide a valid 15-digit GSTIN at checkout to receive a tax invoice for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claiming under Indian tax regulations.
4. Payment Security & UPI Protection
All online payments (UPI, RuPay, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) are processed via RBI-authorized 256-bit encrypted gateways with 3D Secure 2.0 dual authentication. RIWAAZ does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.
